Staying here with my family was a fantastic experience! The room was spacious and elegantly designed, and waking up to such a mesmerizing view added to the magic of our stay. The pool area was a highlight, where both the adults and kids enjoyed splashing around, creating joyful memories. Breakfast was a delight, offering a variety of options that pleased everyone in our family.

I just had the most amazing time soaking up the luxurious vibes! The bathrooms were a dream with an oversized tub to unwind in, and the outdoor pool? Pure bliss! Plus, the breakfast spread was so good that I'm still daydreaming about it!

had a great stay at the hotel, the staff were super friendly an really tried 2 make us feel at home. the pool was nice and the kids loved it. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. my room was spacious with comfy beds and all the gadgets i needed. also, the location was perfect being so close to the airport!

but there were some issues with the shower drain getting clogged and the wifi didn’t reach the bathroom. it sucked that the lifts were confusing too, we kept going up an down.

The staff, especially Paolo, were incredibly welcoming and attentive to my kids' needs. The outdoor pool was a fantastic spot for the kids to play while I relaxed, and we discovered a coffee bar next door for quick snacks.

It wasn’t cheap, but everything we experienced made it acceptable.

The spacious Collection Room had comfortable beds for the whole family, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic! Our pet dog was welcome, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I loved the friendly atmosphere and cleanliness throughout the property.

The Collection Room was decent in size, but we had a cockroach situation which was super unsettling, especially with kids. It seemed like the room lacked proper cleanliness. we even found towels missing. Plus, we had to change rooms and my daughter's teddy got lost during the move, which was a real bummer. The second room was better, but the first impression was definitely off.
